Description

MCS31 Organoid imaging and analysis system is an excellent companion for 3D cell culture research. It provides a unique screening tool for capturing the complex, 3D spatial organization, cellular dynamics, and functional properties of miniature tissues, such as organoid and spheroid.

Software

The acquisition software supports advanced Z-stack depth-of-field compositing technology, which scans layer by layer along the Z-axis and automatically merges multiple images captured at different focal planes, effortlessly capturing a complete 3D view of the organoid. 

It adopts 625nm red light protection technology which significantly reduces phototoxicity and minimizes the impact of illumination on organoid viability, supporting long-term continuous observation.

Analysis Function Multi-dimensional analysis metrics including organoid area, diameter, circularity, eccentricity, concavity area, and aspect ratio to automatically generate organoid growth curves, IC50 values, and group comparison data, with support for one-click export of standardised research reports.
