Description

Tanon High-sig ECL Western Blotting Substrate is a high-sensitivity, non-radioactive chemiluminescent substrate designed for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) in Western blotting applications.

Featuring an enhanced luminol-based formulation, High-sig ECL enables protein detection at the picogram (pg) level, delivering sensitive chemiluminescent signals for reliable Western blot analysis.

Compatible with both X-ray film and chemiluminescence imaging systems, the substrate provides flexible detection options for routine protein research.

The convenient two-component system consists of Luminol/Enhancer Solution and Peroxide Buffer, mixed at a 1:1 ratio before use. Available in 100 mL and 500 mL pack sizes, High-sig ECL offers flexibility for laboratories with different testing volumes.
