Description

Tanon 4–20% Bis-Tris Precast Protein Gel is a ready-to-use gradient polyacrylamide gel designed for efficient and reliable protein separation in SDS-PAGE applications.

Featuring a 4–20% gradient formulation, the gel supports protein separation across a broad molecular weight range of 4–400 kDa. Its optimised Bis-Tris buffer system provides a stable, near-neutral pH environment, helping produce sharp, well-defined protein bands while improving gel stability.

Designed to eliminate manual gel casting, the precast format simplifies sample preparation and supports consistent electrophoresis performance. Each gel features 10 sample wells with a maximum loading volume of 45 µL per well, making it suitable for routine protein analysis and sample preparation prior to Western blotting.
