Vertical Electrophoresis Cell VE-580

The VE-580 Vertical Electrophoresis Cell is a versatile vertical gel electrophoresis system designed for efficient and reliable protein or nucleic acids separation in routine laboratory research.

Capable of running up to four mini gels simultaneously, the VE-580 supports both hand-cast and compatible precast polyacrylamide gels, offering flexibility for different laboratory workflows, including SDS-PAGE and other vertical PAGE applications.

The system features an innovative butterfly-shaped lower buffer tank with two partitioned electrode units, enabling flexible electrophoresis configurations. Its V-shaped micro-aperture design promotes uniform electric field distribution, supporting consistent protein migration and well-defined band separation.

With multiple comb options, compatibility with the EPS-1500 Power Supply and support for different gel formats, the VE-580 provides a practical solution for everyday protein electrophoresis.
